Karen Smith OT provides private-pay occupational therapy services to focus on the best outcomes.  We will gladly provide you with the paperwork necessary for you to submit to your insurance provider to seek reimbursement from services based on your plan.  You can find this information from your insurance company directly.    

Our primary service area is in the Conejo Valley and immediate surrounding areas.  As intervention is tailored to your child, the location of services will depend on where it is needed most.  For example, the home, park, grocery store, restaurant, Disneyland etc.  

Payment is due as services are rendered.  We accept payment through electronic banking (Zelle) and credit/debit cards or through invoicing using an online payment platform for secure payment processing. 

My specialty is providing services for children from toddlers to teens, and young adults.  

Beyond the classroom, beyond the clinic, this is concierge OT.  Therapy happens directly at your home, or preferred location, wherever that may be. 

Services are provided based on a child's demonstrated need, not a specific diagnosis.
